Payment: Payment must be received to reserve your space in class. All Payments must be received on or before the first day of class. Payments are to be made on-line, mailed to the studio or dropped in the payment drop box. No payments other than materials fees are to be made directly to the instructors.
Parent Participation: Classes with parent participation are noted. In order for children to learn, engage and fully participate without distraction, we ask that parents do not stay in the studio during non-participatory classes. Occasional parent observation will be determined on a class by class basis.
Late Enrollment: Enrollment after the first day of class is subject to availability and studio approval.
Low Enrollment: In the rare case in which classes do not reach minimum enrollment by the first scheduled class date, the class will be canceled and a full refund will be given to those who enrolled.
Tutoring: Tutors reserve time on their calendar for each student’s scheduled session. Any cancellations/rescheduling must be done more than 48 hours in advance. Students are allowed one cancellation/rescheduling per 6 week session, any additional missed tutoring appointments will not be made up. Tutoring fees are due before or at the first appointment of any session.
Canceled Classes: If a class is canceled by the studio, a make-up class or refund (studio’s choice) will be offered.
Missed Classes: Due to the many unique courses with varying schedules offered at the studio, make-up classes may not be available for all missed classes. However, if you miss a class due to illness and a make-up class is not offered to you, we will issue you a “come back card”. This card will allow you to come back and attend a class during a later session. No refunds for missed classes will be given. Thank you for helping us all stay healthy by keeping sick children at home.
Refunds: If the studio is notified at least 48 hours prior to the first class of the session, all fees minus a $40 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If a refund is requested after the first class of the session, but prior to the second class of the session the prorated class fees minus a $40 cancellation fee will be refunded. No refunds or credits will be offered after the second class has been attended. Please notify the studio at 916-564-2879 or by email.
Siblings Discount: If siblings are enrolled in the same class and one has enrolled at full price, a 25% discount will be offered for the second child. Both siblings must be of appropriate age for the class selected and attend the class together. There are a limited number of spaces available at the discounted rate for each class session. We suggest registering early! If utilizing the sibling discount please pay by check as our PayPal system is not set up to accommodate discounts. Discount does not apply to materials fee.
Twins Discount: When a set of twins is enrolled in the same class and one twin is enrolled at full price, the other twin will be enrolled at a 40% discount. There are a limited number of spaces available at the discounted rate for each class session. We suggest registering early! If utilizing the sibling discount please pay by check as our Paypal system is not set up to accommodate discounts. Discount does not apply to materials fee.
Food/Drinks: Sorry, but no outside food or drinks (except infant bottles and sippy cups) are allowed in the studio. The bottles and sippy cups should be placed out of sight and reach of child during class time.
Cellular Phones: Please switch all electronic devices to vibrate. If, due to an emergency, you should need to accept a call during class, please step outside so that the other students may continue to enjoy their class without disruption.
Gum: No gum allowed in studio at any time. Thank you.
Guests: Provided there is room, friends and family are welcome to watch and/or attend class with prior notification to studio.
Returned Checks: There is a $25.00 service charge on returned checks.
